Creative Digital Newsletters by Grade 9 Students: “A River of Knowledge, a Ferry of Love”
One of the most creative activities in this year’s campaign is the digital newsletter project for Grade 9 students, under the theme “A River of Knowledge, a Ferry of Love”.
Drawing on their creativity, initiative and ability to use digital technology, students have the opportunity to produce media projects that reflect the identity of their classes. The newsletters aim to honour the teaching profession, express gratitude to teachers, preserve cherished memories of school life and share meaningful messages about the bond between teachers and students.
The image of a river of knowledge evokes each student’s journey of learning, discovery and growth, while the ferry symbolises the dedication and perseverance of teachers, who guide generations of students towards new horizons of knowledge every day.
This project allows Grade 9 students to develop their creativity, teamwork, design skills and ability to communicate information through digital technology. It is also an opportunity for them to express their gratitude through meaningful media products, enriching the school’s educational activities.
