Ngày 08/10/2026, Trường THCS Lý Nhân Tông tổ chức Hội nghị cán bộ, viên chức, người lao động năm học 2026–2027 với sự tham dự của cán bộ, giáo viên, nhân viên nhà trường.
Hội nghị là dịp để tập thể cán bộ, giáo viên, nhân viên đánh giá kết quả thực hiện nhiệm vụ năm học 2025–2026, phát huy quyền làm chủ, trách nhiệm của mỗi thành viên và thống nhất các nhiệm vụ, giải pháp trọng tâm trong năm học 2026–2027.
Theo chương trình, hội nghị tập trung vào các nội dung: đánh giá việc thực hiện đường lối, chủ trương của Đảng, chính sách, pháp luật của Nhà nước có liên quan đến chức năng, nhiệm vụ của nhà trường; kiểm điểm việc thực hiện Nghị quyết Hội nghị cán bộ, viên chức, người lao động năm học 2025–2026 và việc thực hiện Quy chế dân chủ ở cơ sở; tổng kết phong trào thi đua, đánh giá kết quả thực hiện nhiệm vụ năm học và thống nhất nội dung thi đua năm học 2026–2027.
Tại hội nghị, Đoàn Chủ tịch gồm đồng chí Phùng Thị Minh Liễu – Bí thư Đảng ủy, Hiệu trưởng nhà trường và đồng chí Phạm Thị Duyên – Phó Bí thư Đảng ủy, Phó Hiệu trưởng nhà trường. Đồng chí Trương Thị Hồng Loan – Thư ký Hội đồng sư phạm thực hiện nhiệm vụ Thư ký Hội nghị.
Đánh giá kết quả thực hiện nhiệm vụ, thống nhất phương hướng năm học 2026–2027
Hội nghị đã nghe đồng chí Phùng Thị Minh Liễu – Bí thư Đảng ủy, Hiệu trưởng nhà trường trình bày báo cáo về việc thực hiện các chủ trương, chính sách, pháp luật có liên quan đến chức năng, nhiệm vụ của nhà trường; tổng kết phong trào thi đua năm học 2025–2026 và thống nhất nội dung thi đua năm học 2026–2027.
Đồng chí Phạm Thị Duyên – Phó Bí thư Đảng ủy, Phó Hiệu trưởng trình bày báo cáo kiểm điểm việc thực hiện Nghị quyết Hội nghị cán bộ, viên chức, người lao động năm học 2025–2026 và kết quả thực hiện Quy chế dân chủ trong hoạt động của nhà trường.
Các nội dung báo cáo đã giúp cán bộ, giáo viên, nhân viên nhìn nhận những kết quả đạt được, những nội dung cần tiếp tục thực hiện và đề ra các giải pháp phù hợp nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả hoạt động của nhà trường trong năm học mới.
Các tham luận thiết thực, gắn với nhiệm vụ năm học
Một nội dung được quan tâm tại hội nghị là phần tham luận, thảo luận, tập trung vào những nhiệm vụ trọng tâm trong hoạt động giáo dục của nhà trường.
Tổ Toán – Tin trình bày tham luận về đẩy mạnh ứng dụng công nghệ thông tin, chuyển đổi số và trí tuệ nhân tạo trong dạy học, góp phần đổi mới phương pháp, nâng cao hiệu quả giáo dục và phát triển năng lực số cho học sinh.
Tổ Khoa học xã hội trình bày các giải pháp góp phần nâng cao chất lượng giáo dục cảm xúc – xã hội, quan tâm đến sức khỏe tinh thần của học sinh, đồng thời trao đổi các giải pháp tổ chức ôn tập, nâng cao chất lượng học tập và chuẩn bị cho học sinh tham gia kỳ thi tuyển sinh vào lớp 10 THPT.
Tổ Ngoại ngữ – Năng khiếu tham luận về các giải pháp xây dựng môi trường học tập, giao tiếp và sử dụng tiếng Anh, từng bước thực hiện định hướng đưa tiếng Anh trở thành ngôn ngữ thứ hai trong trường học; đồng thời góp phần nâng cao chất lượng giáo dục thể chất, giáo dục thẩm mỹ và phát triển năng lực toàn diện cho học sinh.
Các tham luận đã thể hiện tinh thần trách nhiệm, sự chủ động và những trăn trở của các tổ chuyên môn trước yêu cầu đổi mới giáo dục, góp phần bổ sung những giải pháp thiết thực cho việc thực hiện nhiệm vụ năm học 2026–2027.
Phát huy dân chủ, trách nhiệm và tinh thần đoàn kết
Hội nghị đã dành thời gian để cán bộ, giáo viên, nhân viên trao đổi, thảo luận và đóng góp ý kiến đối với các nội dung liên quan đến hoạt động của nhà trường, điều kiện làm việc, đời sống của cán bộ, giáo viên, nhân viên và việc thực hiện nhiệm vụ năm học 2026–2027.
Hội nghị tiến hành bầu Ban Thanh tra nhân dân nhiệm kỳ 2026–2028, phát động phong trào thi đua năm học 2026–2027; thông qua dự thảo Nghị quyết Hội nghị và thực hiện ký cam kết thực hiện các quy chế, quy định của nhà trường.
Với tinh thần dân chủ, đoàn kết, trách nhiệm và đổi mới, Hội nghị cán bộ, viên chức, người lao động Trường THCS Lý Nhân Tông năm học 2026–2027 đã thống nhất những nội dung trọng tâm, các nhiệm vụ và giải pháp chủ yếu, tạo cơ sở để tập thể nhà trường phối hợp triển khai hiệu quả nhiệm vụ năm học.
Hội nghị khép lại trong không khí đoàn kết, trách nhiệm và quyết tâm. Với sự thống nhất trong nhận thức và hành động, tập thể cán bộ, giáo viên, nhân viên Trường THCS Lý Nhân Tông tiếp tục phát huy tinh thần chủ động, sáng tạo, nâng cao chất lượng giáo dục, xây dựng môi trường giáo dục dân chủ, kỷ cương, an toàn và thân thiện, phấn đấu thực hiện thắng lợi nhiệm vụ năm học 2026–2027.
On 8th October 2026, Lý Nhân Tông Secondary School held its Conference of School Officials, Public Employees and Workers for the 2026–2027 school year, attended by the school’s leaders, teachers and staff.
The conference provided an opportunity for school leaders, teachers and staff to review their performance during the 2025–2026 school year, strengthen each member’s participation in decision-making and sense of responsibility, and agree on key tasks and solutions for the 2026–2027 school year.
The agenda focused on reviewing the implementation of Party guidelines and State policies and laws related to the school’s functions and duties; assessing the implementation of the resolution of the 2025–2026 Conference of School Officials, Public Employees and Workers and the regulations on grassroots democracy; reviewing the emulation movement and the results of the past school year; and agreeing on emulation priorities for 2026–2027.
The conference was chaired by Ms Phùng Thị Minh Liễu, Secretary of the School Party Committee and Principal, and Ms Phạm Thị Duyên, Deputy Secretary of the School Party Committee and Vice Principal. Ms Trương Thị Hồng Loan, Secretary of the Pedagogical Council, served as Conference Secretary.
Reviewing achievements and agreeing on priorities for the 2026–2027 school year
Ms Phùng Thị Minh Liễu, Secretary of the School Party Committee and Principal, presented a report on the implementation of guidelines, policies and laws related to the school’s functions and duties. She also reviewed the emulation movement for 2025–2026 and presented the emulation priorities for discussion and agreement for 2026–2027.
Ms Phạm Thị Duyên, Deputy Secretary of the School Party Committee and Vice Principal, presented a report assessing the implementation of the resolution of the 2025–2026 Conference of School Officials, Public Employees and Workers and the results of applying democratic practices in the school’s operations.
The reports helped school leaders, teachers and staff recognise their achievements, identify areas requiring continued attention, and propose suitable solutions to improve the school’s performance in the new school year.
Practical presentations linked to school-year priorities
An important part of the conference was the presentations and discussions, which focused on key tasks in the school’s educational activities.
The Mathematics and Information Technology Department presented ways to expand the use of information technology, digital transformation and artificial intelligence in teaching. These efforts aim to improve teaching methods, enhance educational outcomes and develop students’ digital skills.
The Social Sciences Department presented solutions to improve social and emotional learning and support students’ mental health. It also discussed ways to organise revision, improve learning outcomes and prepare students for the entrance examination for Grade 10 at upper secondary school.
The Foreign Languages, Arts and Physical Education Department presented ways to create an environment for learning, communicating and using English, gradually working towards making English a second language in the school. It also discussed solutions to improve physical and aesthetic education and support students’ all-round development.
The presentations reflected the subject departments’ sense of responsibility, initiative and careful consideration of the demands of educational reform. They contributed practical solutions for carrying out the tasks of the 2026–2027 school year.
Promoting democracy, responsibility and unity
The conference set aside time for school leaders, teachers and staff to exchange views, discuss and contribute ideas on school operations, working conditions, staff well-being and the implementation of tasks for the 2026–2027 school year.
Participants elected the People’s Inspection Board for the 2026–2028 term, launched the emulation movement for the new school year, approved the draft conference resolution and signed commitments to follow the school’s rules and regulations.
In a spirit of democracy, unity, responsibility and innovation, the 2026–2027 Conference of School Officials, Public Employees and Workers at Lý Nhân Tông Secondary School reached agreement on key priorities, tasks and solutions. This laid the foundation for the school community to work together effectively throughout the school year.
The conference concluded in an atmosphere of unity, responsibility and determination. With a shared understanding and commitment to action, the school’s leaders, teachers and staff will continue to show initiative and creativity, improve the quality of education, and build a democratic, disciplined, safe and friendly learning environment, striving to successfully fulfil the tasks of the 2026–2027 school year.
