Tăng cường gắn kết quân – dân, phối hợp giáo dục truyền thống và đồng hành cùng sự nghiệp giáo dục
Ngày 10/9/2026, tại Viện Thiết kế tàu quân sự, Viện Thiết kế tàu quân sự và Trường THCS Lý Nhân Tông tổ chức Hội nghị ký kết Chương trình hoạt động kết nghĩa. Đây là hoạt động có ý nghĩa thiết thực, góp phần tăng cường mối quan hệ đoàn kết, gắn bó giữa đơn vị Quân đội và Nhà trường, đồng thời mở ra nhiều nội dung phối hợp thiết thực trong thời gian tới.
Tham dự và đồng chủ trì Hội nghị có Đại tá Lê Anh Tuấn, Bí thư Đảng ủy, Chính trị viên Viện Thiết kế tàu quân sự và đồng chí Phùng Thị Minh Liễu, Bí thư Đảng ủy, Hiệu trưởng Trường THCS Lý Nhân Tông. Cùng tham dự Hội nghị có đại diện lãnh đạo, cán bộ, nhân viên Viện Thiết kế tàu quân sự và cán bộ, giáo viên, nhân viên Trường THCS Lý Nhân Tông.
Thống nhất các nội dung phối hợp thiết thực, hiệu quả
Tại Hội nghị, đại diện lãnh đạo hai đơn vị đã trao đổi, thống nhất các nội dung trong Chương trình hoạt động kết nghĩa, hướng tới xây dựng mối quan hệ phối hợp thường xuyên, bền chặt và ngày càng đi vào chiều sâu.
Theo chương trình được thống nhất, hai đơn vị sẽ phối hợp tổ chức các hoạt động tuyên truyền, giáo dục truyền thống, góp phần bồi dưỡng cho cán bộ, giáo viên và học sinh, đặc biệt là thế hệ trẻ, nhận thức sâu sắc hơn về truyền thống yêu nước, truyền thống Quân đội nhân dân Việt Nam, ý thức trách nhiệm trong xây dựng và bảo vệ Tổ quốc.
Bên cạnh đó, hai đơn vị sẽ thường xuyên trao đổi thông tin, kinh nghiệm, phối hợp tổ chức các hoạt động giao lưu văn hóa, văn nghệ, thể dục thể thao, tạo môi trường giao lưu, học hỏi, tăng cường sự hiểu biết và gắn kết giữa cán bộ, nhân viên Viện với cán bộ, giáo viên, nhân viên Nhà trường.
Hai bên cũng thống nhất hỗ trợ, giúp đỡ nhau trong thực hiện nhiệm vụ, tích cực phối hợp tham gia các phong trào, hoạt động tại địa phương; đồng thời quan tâm đỡ đầu, giúp đỡ các em học sinh có hoàn cảnh khó khăn, góp phần lan tỏa tinh thần tương thân tương ái, trách nhiệm với cộng đồng và xây dựng môi trường giáo dục nhân văn.
Gắn kết quân – dân, đồng hành cùng Nhà trường
Chương trình hoạt động kết nghĩa giữa Viện Thiết kế tàu quân sự và Trường THCS Lý Nhân Tông không chỉ là sự phối hợp giữa hai đơn vị mà còn mang ý nghĩa thiết thực trong việc tăng cường mối quan hệ đoàn kết quân – dân, phát huy truyền thống tốt đẹp của dân tộc và Quân đội nhân dân Việt Nam.
Thông qua các hoạt động phối hợp, Nhà trường có thêm điều kiện để tổ chức các hoạt động giáo dục truyền thống, giáo dục lý tưởng, đạo đức, lối sống và ý thức trách nhiệm cho học sinh. Những hình ảnh, câu chuyện và trải nghiệm thực tế từ cán bộ, chiến sĩ Quân đội sẽ góp phần giúp các em học sinh hiểu hơn về những đóng góp thầm lặng của người lính trong sự nghiệp xây dựng và bảo vệ Tổ quốc.
Đối với Viện Thiết kế tàu quân sự, hoạt động kết nghĩa cũng là dịp để tăng cường mối liên hệ với địa phương, đồng hành cùng Nhà trường trong các hoạt động giáo dục, chăm lo cho thế hệ trẻ và thực hiện tốt trách nhiệm xã hội của đơn vị.
Giao lưu thể thao – thắt chặt tình đoàn kết
Ngay sau Hội nghị ký kết, đội bóng đá của Viện Thiết kế tàu quân sự và đội bóng đá Trường THCS Lý Nhân Tông đã tổ chức trận giao lưu thể thao trong không khí sôi nổi, vui tươi, đoàn kết và thân tình.
Trận giao lưu không chỉ tạo sân chơi rèn luyện sức khỏe mà còn là dịp để cán bộ, nhân viên Viện và cán bộ, giáo viên Nhà trường gặp gỡ, giao lưu, chia sẻ và hiểu nhau hơn. Những tiếng cười, những pha bóng đẹp cùng tinh thần thi đấu fair-play đã tạo nên bầu không khí gần gũi, ấm áp, góp phần làm sâu sắc thêm tình cảm và sự gắn bó giữa hai đơn vị.
Hội nghị ký kết Chương trình hoạt động kết nghĩa giữa Viện Thiết kế tàu quân sự và Trường THCS Lý Nhân Tông là dấu mốc quan trọng, đặt nền tảng cho mối quan hệ phối hợp lâu dài, thiết thực và hiệu quả.
Tin tưởng rằng, với sự quan tâm, chỉ đạo của lãnh đạo hai đơn vị và tinh thần trách nhiệm, chủ động của cán bộ, nhân viên, giáo viên, các hoạt động kết nghĩa trong thời gian tới sẽ ngày càng phong phú, thiết thực, góp phần thắt chặt tình đoàn kết quân – dân, lan tỏa những giá trị tốt đẹp và đồng hành cùng sự nghiệp giáo dục thế hệ trẻ.

Strengthening Military–Civilian Bonds, Promoting Traditional Values, and Supporting Education
On September 10, 2026, the Military Ship Design Institute and Ly Nhan Tong Lower Secondary School held a conference at the Institute to sign their Twinning Cooperation Program.
The event marked a meaningful step in strengthening the close relationship between the military unit and the school. It also opened up new opportunities for practical cooperation in the upcoming time.
The conference was attended and co-chaired by Colonel Le Anh Tuan, Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of the Military Ship Design Institute, and Mrs. Phung Thi Minh Lieu, Secretary of the Party Committee and Principal of Ly Nhan Tong Lower Secondary School.
Representatives, officers, and staff from the Military Ship Design Institute also attended the event, together with administrators, teachers, and staff from Ly Nhan Tong Lower Secondary School.
Agreeing on Practical and Effective Areas of Cooperation
At the conference, representatives of the two organizations discussed and agreed on the key areas of the Twinning Cooperation Program. Both sides aim to build a regular, sustainable, and increasingly close partnership.
Under the program, the two organizations will jointly organize activities to promote patriotism and traditional values. These activities will help administrators, teachers, and students, especially younger generations, gain a deeper understanding of Vietnam’s patriotic traditions and the traditions of the Vietnam People’s Army. They will also help foster a stronger sense of responsibility for contributing to the development and defence of the country.
The two organizations will also regularly exchange information and share professional experience. In addition, they will organize cultural, arts, and sports activities. These activities will provide opportunities for officers and staff of the Institute and the school community to interact, learn from one another, and strengthen mutual understanding.
Both sides also agreed to support each other in carrying out their duties and participating in local activities and emulation movements. Special attention will be given to sponsoring and supporting students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Through these efforts, the two organizations hope to promote compassion, social responsibility, and a caring educational environment.
Strengthening Military–Civilian Bonds and Supporting the School
The Twinning Cooperation Program between the Military Ship Design Institute and Ly Nhan Tong Lower Secondary School goes beyond cooperation between two organizations. It also contributes to strengthening military–civilian solidarity and promoting the valued traditions of the Vietnamese people and the Vietnam People’s Army.
Through the partnership, the school will have more opportunities to organize educational activities on history, traditions, ideals, ethics, lifestyles, and social responsibility.
Stories, real-life experiences, and meaningful exchanges with military officers and soldiers will help students better understand the important contributions made by service members to the development and defence of the country.
For the Military Ship Design Institute, the partnership also provides an opportunity to strengthen its connection with the local community. The Institute will work alongside the school in educational activities, support younger generations, and contribute to community development.
Sports Exchange Strengthens Friendship and Solidarity
Immediately after the signing conference, the football teams of the Military Ship Design Institute and Ly Nhan Tong Lower Secondary School took part in a friendly match.
The match was held in a lively, cheerful, and friendly atmosphere. It provided not only an opportunity to exercise and promote good health, but also a chance for members of the two organizations to meet, interact, and understand one another better.
The laughter, impressive moments on the field, and spirit of fair play created a warm and friendly atmosphere. The match further strengthened the friendship and close relationship between the two organizations.
The signing of the Twinning Cooperation Program between the Military Ship Design Institute and Ly Nhan Tong Lower Secondary School marks an important milestone. It lays the foundation for a long-term, practical, and effective partnership.
With the support and guidance of the leaders of both organizations, as well as the active participation and sense of responsibility of officers, staff, and teachers, the partnership is expected to develop further in the coming years.
Future activities will continue to strengthen military–civilian solidarity, promote positive values, and contribute to the education and development of younger generations.
